1. Website information

Programme descriptions, schedules, fees, offers and availability are provided for information and may change as batches, curricula and Academy operations are updated. The current programme or registration record is the relevant source for a learner's transaction.

2. Registration and admission

Submitting an enquiry or registration form does not by itself guarantee admission to a programme or a place in a particular batch. Batch allocation, learning mode and payment arrangements are confirmed by the Academy.

3. Fees and refunds

Course fees, instalments and Learning Satisfaction Checkpoint refunds are governed by the applicable programme information and the Academy's Refund & Cancellation Policy. Where there is a conflict, the confirmed course and refund terms applicable to the learner's registration will govern.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious content, impersonate another person, or use Academy forms for spam or unlawful purposes.

5. Course materials

Academy course materials, branding, documents, recordings and other original content are provided for the intended learner's educational use unless a separate licence says otherwise. They must not be republished, sold or redistributed without permission.

6. Practical security training

Security and administration exercises are intended for authorised labs, systems and environments. Learners are responsible for ensuring that their practical activities are authorised and lawful.

7. Career guidance

Career guidance is educational support. Bristleback Academy does not guarantee employment, salary, placement or a particular career outcome.

8. Website availability

We may update, suspend or change parts of the website when required for maintenance, security, content changes or operational reasons.

9. Governing framework
