REFUND & CANCELLATION

Learn first.
Decide at every checkpoint.

For every programme, the selected learning-mode course fee is collected in two equal instalments. At every 25% of syllabus coverage, you can assess whether the learning delivered so far is satisfactory. If you are not satisfied, the refund is calculated against the relevant equal instalment as set out below, and you may exit the programme.

01 · LEARNING SATISFACTION CHECKPOINTS

Four Learning Satisfaction Checkpoints.

The Learning Satisfaction Checkpoint process applies to the two equal-instalment payment structure used for each programme. Satisfaction is assessed at 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% of the syllabus.

No certificate on an unsatisfied exit

If a learner chooses an unsatisfied exit at any checkpoint, no course completion certificate is issued. The learner receives the applicable refund under the Learning Satisfaction Checkpoint schedule.

Payment structure

The second equal instalment becomes payable after the learner is satisfied at the 50% checkpoint and chooses to continue. The Learning Satisfaction Checkpoint refund amounts are always determined from the equal-instalment structure of the selected learning mode.

Before commencement

Before the course commences, a learner may cancel and receive a refund of the amount actually paid, subject to the Academy's applicable cancellation procedure.

Batch cancellation by Bristleback

If Bristleback Academy cancels a confirmed batch, the learner may choose a full refund of fees paid or transfer to the next suitable batch, subject to availability.

How to request a refund

Refund requests must be made in writing through the Academy's official contact channel with the learner's name, programme, batch and payment details.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or banking channel.
